The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were clean, contemporary, and equipped with a small sofa and desk, making it a comfortable place to stay in Beckley. However, some rooms seemed outdated and not up to standard. The hotel offered beautiful facilities like an indoor pool, hot tub, and two fitness centers, which was a great plus.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and I enjoyed the beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. However, there was a damp smell in the room likely from the air conditioner, and the cleanliness was not up to my standards.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The fitness centers were a nice touch, especially the one with a Christmas tree setup. The staff were friendly and helpful, although at times it felt a bit rushed, possibly due to being short-staffed. The location was perfect for our visit to New River George NP, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were well-maintained.
